Delivery time

Our delivery time is: ordered before 4:00 PM on a working day, shipped the same day. If you order during the weekend or in the evening, your order will be processed and shipped the next working day. We are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are on their way to us and the delivery of your order may take a little longer.

Postage costs

The Netherlands:
Belgium

We hire a postal company for delivery, this is not our company or our staff. They do their best, but unfortunately sometimes something can go wrong, for example a package gets lost. If this happens to the consumer, we assume that the consumer will contact the webshop so that we can start an investigation with the postal company where the package is located.
