Returns

Unfortunately, you are not satisfied with the poncho and you want to return it, which can be done indoors 14 days after you have received the order. Items that are incomplete, damaged, dirty, not neat or not returned within 14 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

How do I return my package?

​

1. Place the items you wish to return in the original packaging, unworn, with tags attached, in a shipping bag.
2. Make sure there is no other sticker or address on your package.
3. Make sure we can see who the sender is. Add your (completed) packing slip. You can fill in your packing slip below. You must print this out yourself.

5. Take your return package to, for example, a POST NL point and pay for the return package (costs are your own).
6. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot be held responsible if a return package is not delivered to us or the package is lost.

Have you received the wrong item, wrong size, is a product missing or is the product damaged? Do not return the item yet, as we cannot reimburse return costs incurred afterwards. Please contact us first; info@halula.nl and we will contact you as soon as possible.
